How to Find the Best Independence Day Celebrations Near You
As the 4th of July holiday nears, the skies of Princeton and Mercer County will soon light up in a spectacular symphony of colors—some on the day itself, others on the days beforehand.
For instance, at Rider University, Lawrence will display its fireworks on Friday, June 30. Hamilton’s fireworks showcase is on June 30, too, at Veterans Park.
Others are planning for a Saturday festivity. Such is the case in East Windsor, where fireworks will go off at Etra Lake Park.
Meanwhile, Trenton will reportedly launch its fireworks at Trenton Thunder Ballpark on July 4.
Other notable attractions include Morven Museum & Garden in Princeton, which will host its Fourth of July Jubilee on Tuesday, July 4, beginning at noon.
Most events will boast a diverse mix of music, food, vendors and entertainment for adults and children.
